1. Terms and conditions
1.1 The terms and conditions described in this chapter regulate the legal ralations between all individuals (and organizations) and the owner of the website reflectivezoo.com (from now on Reflective Zoo OÜ) to define the rights and obligations that arise by purchasing products through the webshop reflectivezoo.com
1.2 In addition to the herein terms and conditions, the legal relations that arise by purchasing products through reflectivezoo.com, are regulated by legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 To improve user experience and security of the webshop reflecivezoo.com, the rightful owner company Reflecive Zoo OÜ is justified to change or renew the herein mentioned terms and conditions or the valid pricelist without notice. All changes in the terms and conditions or to the price list will be made available on the website reflectivezoo.com and will become valid from the moment of publishing. If You have placed your order before any changes, the legal relationship between You and Reflective Zoo OÜ is regulated based on the conditions that were valid on the date of your order, except for situations where it is prescribed differently by the law or the herein described terms and conditions.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices include VAT 20%.
2.2 The Estimated shipping price will be shown once a product is added to the shopping cart.
2.3 For all orders from within the EU the shipping is free starting from 3 products in a single order.
3. Shopping cart and checkout
3.1 The number of products in the shopping cart can be changed. You are also able to increase or reduce the number of units of a single product in the shopping cart. To complete an order press “Proceed to Checkout”
3.2. You will be forwarded to the Checkout page, where you have the option to register your account or complete your purchase without an account. In case you have an earlier registered account you are always able to Log In to your account to view your order details.
3.3. Be especially careful when filling in the required fields on the checkout page, as this information will be used to process your order and is crucial for a quick and smooth delivery of the ordered products.
3.4. The purchase contract for your ordered goods will be considered as completed after completion of the payment.
4. Paying for goods
4.1. At the moment it is only possible to pay with a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard)
4.2. The order is considered completed and will be shipped only after 100% of the order amount is paid.
5. Shipping and delivery
5.1. After the completion of a purchase contract as described under point 3.4. the ordered products will be posted to the delivery address as given in the order details within 2 working days from completion of the order. We use Omniva postal services for that.
5.2 All products will be delivered in their original package and will be packed into additional bubble wrap envelopes to minimize damage risk during delivery.
5.3. The delivery time for goods in stock is usually 3-5 working days to Estonia and 10-14 working days to other EU countries. These periods are considered from the moment when the goods are posted by Reflective Zoo OÜ.
5.4. In case your ordered product is not in stock it will be handled as a backorder. If the posting of a product is not possible within the estimated delivery time as described under point 5.1, you will be notified about this within 3 working days. The notification will be sent to the e-mail that you have given in your account details or during the checkout process. You will be informed an estimated time of delivery and if you should lose interest in the ordered product due to the longer than expected delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order (as described under points 6.1. and 6.2) after which the full amount (including shipping fee) will be refunded to your bank account.
5.5. The products will be delivered to the address that you have specified during the checkout process. A change of the delivery address after completion of your order is only possible by contacting Reflective Zoo OÜ directly via e-mail or phone. An additional fee of 13 Eur will be applied for all order changes that occur after completion of the purchase contract as described under point 3.4.
5.6. Please carefully check your contact details during the checkout process to ensure quick order handling and to avoid any misunderstandings during the delivery of the goods. Reflective Zoo OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays by the postal service providers in case the delay is caused by inaccurate information filled by You during the order process.
6. Order cancelation and returning products
6.1. You have the right to cancel your order after completion of the purchase contract as described under point 3.4. but before the goods are sent out by Reflective Zoo OÜ, by sending a relevant e-mail to elise@reflectivezoo.com and including your order number and bank account number or by calling the contact number +372 52 69 850
6.2. For all goods purchased from the online shop reflectivezoo.com, you have the right to return the purchased goods for 14 days. According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, § 56 p. 1 the buyer has the right to return or change the purchased goods within 14 days from receiving the goods, without the obligation to inform the merchant about the cause. For that, the buyer has to present a relevant written application to the merchant (including the name of the buyer, purchase date, bank account number and order number) by e-mail to the address elise@reflectivezoo.com and return the goods to the online shop reflectivezoo.com. According to the law, the consumer proves withdrawal from the contract.
6.3. By canceling your order as described under point 6.1. or by the withdrawal of the order as described under point 6.2. the purchase amount in EUR, including shipping fee, will be returned to the same bank account from which the payment was initially made, within 14 days after the merchant has received the returned goods.
6.4. The returned goods can’t be used or damaged and have to be returned in their original package. The buyer has to open the package carefully and without damaging it, to be able to use the right for the withdrawal of the order as described under point 6.2. When returning goods, all products need to be in their full completeness (including all items delivered within a package).
6.5. The buyer is responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the purchased goods except, the parties have agreed otherwise.
6.6. In case the returned goods (and package) are clearly worsened and the worsening is caused by circumstances, that are not under the control of Reflective Zoo OÜ or by not respectful producat usage by the buyer, Reflective Zoo OÜ has the right to set off the decrease in value from the initial purchase amount, that is pending to be returned to the buyer. Is such situations you will be informed be Reflective Zoo OÜ via the e-mail address that you submitted during the order process.
7. Defective products and non-compliance
7.1. Reflective Zoo OÜ is responsible for non-compliant or defective products according to the Law of Obligations Act. The time period for presenting complaints is 2 years for private individuals and 6 months for legal entities from the moment of delivery.
7.2. The buyer has to inform the merchant about non-compliant or defective products within a reasonable time after receiving the goods (no later than 2 months after discovering the non-compliance or defect). It is assumed that all product defects that were reported that way, were present already at the moment when the buyer received the goods.
7.3. Reflective Zoo OÜ is not responsible for:
1) Product defects or damages caused by the buyer.
2) Product defects or damages caused by inappropriate use of the products.
3) For normal physical wear of products in use.
7.4. In case of a defective product, you have the right to demand replacement of the product against a new one or to withdraw from the order and return the defective product at the expense of Reflective Zoo OÜ.
7.5. In case of a claim (for a defective product), Reflective Zoo OÜ will cover the costs related to the repair or replacement of the defective product (primarily shipping, labor and material cost) always for the first 6 months. For the remaining 1,5 years these costs are covered by Reflective Zoo OÜ only when the claim is justified.
7.6. When returning a defective or non-compliant product, the purchase amount (including shipping fee) will be returned to the buyer within 14 days to a desired bank account, starting from the moment of applying for the return of the product.
8. Responsibility and Force Majeure
8.1. Reflective Zoo OÜ is responsible towards You and you are responsible towards Reflective Zoo OÜ for possible damage caused by violating the herein terms and condition to the extent provided in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. Reflective Zoo OÜ is not responsible for delivery delay or product damage caused by circumstances that are not under control of Reflective Zoo OÜ and that are not possible to foresee (Force Majeure).
9. Other conditions
9.1. All personal information provided during a purchase from the webshop reflectivezoo.com will be handled as confidential information. We use external encrypted channels to process your peayments and secure confidentiality of your bank account details. Also, reflective Zoo OÜ has no access to these channels.
9.2. In all topics that are not covered in the herein terms and conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia will regulate the policy.
9.3. All disputes between You and Reflective Zoo OÜ will be handled in negotiations. In case that no agreement is a achieved, you have the right to turn to the Estonian Consumer Protection Office (Tarbjakaitseamet, address Rahukohtu 2, 10130 Tallinn or e-mail address avaldus@komisjon.ee). All disputes will be handled based on the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.

10. Disclaimer
10.1 Product photos are illustrative.
10.2 Reflective Zoo OÜ has the right to change product prices without notification. In that case, Reflective Zoo OÜ has the right to refuse the fulfillment of your order and return the purchase amount during 10 working days to your bank account.
10.3 Reflective Zoo OÜ has the right to refuse the fulfillment of your order in case there has been a human mistake in submitting the prices in the webshop or there has been a technical error in the system (for example the tenth separator is on the wrong place and the product price is 1,00 Eur instead of 10,00 Eur). From that, we assume that the customer understands that there has been a mistake and the product is not for sale with the wrong price.
10.4. Product information is checked and changed on a constant basis. So, the customer should assume that the information since the last visit to the site may have changed.
